*Custom Cross Stitch

After placing your order, email hello.gingersnappy@gmail.com with your photo or idea, along with any details you’d like included. Your request will be reviewed and a stitch pattern will be created for your approval.

If the design is especially detailed and requires additional time, a final price adjustment will be shared at this stage. You’ll also receive an estimated timeline for completion.

Once the design is approved, stitching begins. When your piece is finished, a photo and final invoice (if applicable) will be emailed—and before you know it, your one-of-a-kind, hand-stitched piece will be on its way to you.

Customized Gingersnappy items are made just for you! Because of this, all custom orders are final sale & non-refundable.

Please double-check all personalization details (spelling, colors, wording, pictures, etc.) before placing your order. Gingersnappy is not responsible for errors approved at checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or with an error on our end, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can help make it right.

Custom items are made to order and typically ship within 2–4 weeks.

Processing Time

All items are handmade with love—please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing may take up to 7–10 business days (but we’ll keep you in the loop!).

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location & order size.

We currently ship within the U.S. & are working on expanding! If you're outside our current shipping zone & would like to place an order, feel free to contact us.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, but standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow it on its journey to you.
