After placing your order, email hello.gingersnappy@gmail.com with your photo or idea, along with any details you’d like included. Your request will be reviewed and a stitch pattern will be created for your approval.
If the design is especially detailed and requires additional time, a final price adjustment will be shared at this stage. You’ll also receive an estimated timeline for completion.
Once the design is approved, stitching begins. When your piece is finished, a photo and final invoice (if applicable) will be emailed—and before you know it, your one-of-a-kind, hand-stitched piece will be on its way to you.
