Processing Time

All items are handmade with love—please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing may take up to 7–10 business days (but we’ll keep you in the loop!).

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location & order size.

We currently ship within the U.S. & are working on expanding! If you're outside our current shipping zone & would like to place an order, feel free to contact us.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, but standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow it on its journey to you.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to get your order out quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. That said, if something seems off—just reach out. We’re happy to help track things down.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on non-custom items in original, unused condition.
• Exchanges are available if the syle  isn’t quite right—just reach out & we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
• Custom items are final sale & not eligible for return or exchange.
